T-22 Rubbercrete®
Rubber-Epoxy Urethane Joint Material

Rubbercrete® is a composite mix of premium quality, two-component, polysulfide epoxy urethane resin and blended crumb rubber. It is ideal for filling expansion joints and large moving cracks in bridge decks, parking garages and other concrete structures.

Rubbercrete's high flexibility and strong bond can accommodate up to 150% tensile elongation thereby facilitating safe joint movement caused by thermal cycles and traffic loading. Rubbercrete® is impervious, preventing any ingress of moisture, salts and other corrosive substances.

Application of Rubbercrete® requires minimal labor and no specialized equipment. The use of Rubbercrete® reduces the permeability of the joint, while facilitating expansion and contraction of the superstructure caused by thermal and mechanical loading.
