T-48 Thin Overlay
Low Modulus Polysulfide Epoxy
T-48 Thin Overlay is a two-component, polysulfide epoxy-based blended
material, ideal as a wearing surface for bridge decks and parking garages.
The epoxy resin penetrates the cracks, and its superior bonding prevents
further crack propagation.
The impervious overlay prevents
the ingress of moisture, salts and other corrosive substances.

T-48 slurry is typically applied at a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2", eliminating
the need to relocate joints, end dams or drain structures. Thin Overlay
adds less than 3 to 4 pounds of deadload per square foot of surface area,
an important consideration for older structures.
The rapid cure time assures
a minimum down time
and quick return to service. The broadcast aggregate provides a durable
skid-resistant surface, ideal for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
