EnviroSafe™ cartridges will need to have their waste analyzed, tested and classified to
determine the generator’s particular waste. It is incumbent upon the generator of the
waste to be informed on the pertinent governing local laws and regulations. Transpo
Industries Inc., does not take any responsibility for the generator’s waste and its
classification for handling, transport and ultimate disposal or recycling.
