T-48 Chip Seal
Polysulfide Epoxy Seal Coat System
T-48 Chip Seal is a premium quality, two-component, polysulfide epoxy-based
blended sealer and broadcast aggregate system. It is ideal for restoring
concrete bridge decks and parking garages.
The specially formulated epoxy resin penetrates deep into cracks, bonding
to the inner walls of the crack. Chip Seal has an impervious coating,
preventing the ingress of moisture and salts into the substrate.

Chip Seal is easy to handle in all working conditions and requires no
special equipment. The rapid cure time of the epoxy resin assures a minimum
down time.
The broadcast aggregate provides an excellent skid-resistant surface,
ideal for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Chip Seal adds less than 1/3-1/2
pound of dead load per square foot of deck area, an important consideration
for aging structures.
